Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time and the new pricing takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no penalties for plan changes.
A worker is defined as any individual whose credentialing, payroll, scheduling, or compliance is actively managed within the billing period. Workers who are inactive for more than 90 days are not counted against your plan limit.
Essentials and Growth plans have no setup fee. Enterprise plans include a white-glove onboarding process — the cost of which is included in the custom pricing quote. Onboarding is typically completed within 2–4 weeks.
Sure Staff operates under a fully HIPAA-compliant infrastructure with executed Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), technical controls equivalent to US standards, mandatory staff certification, and annual third-party security audits. All clients receive a signed BAA as part of their service agreement.
Monthly plans have a minimum 3-month commitment. Annual plans require a 12-month commitment with a 20% discount applied. Enterprise plans typically run on 12 or 24-month agreements with custom terms.
